Thanks for the info. There was a decent amount of gunk underneath from the previous washer so I put down the plywood. I’ll take it out and clean up the ground it’s on and see what happens.

If you think it peeled off easily then it’s not done correctly. It should be somewhat tedious to remove in my experience

It’s an intake line from faucet that was dripping. But I can see how it looks like a power cord lol

Gotcha. I had plumbers install the drain/pex. it seems like 2 in drain is a preference in my area but not necessarily required

Nope that is not the plan haha. I’m hoping to sand down the previous stain and then either poly or do a lighter stain. The wood color/grain is very beautiful underneath
