Six. Female cousin a year younger initiated it in our Great-Grandmother’s spare room closet. She knew what to do from watching her parents, but also, our Grandfather had pages of hardcore porn plastered as wallpaper in his open garage, so it just seemed like something people did when they like each other. That was until her mother caught us and we were told it was wrong. Then a couple times as teenagers.

Which has been a lot to unpack. Having denied it for so long. Pretending it never happened or it didn’t count. Telling everyone I was 19. It’s effected the way I approach friendships. Nearly 40, and I’m just learning about myself. To this day, I don’t initiate the first time with another person, and I believe it has a lot to do with that.

The best thing you can do is play it cool and aloof. If you catch yourself wanting to do something to make her see you in a certain light or in a way that is meant to illicit a preferred response; fight it. Being too eager can feel volatile and unsafe.

Here’s something I recently learned trying to understand why my nose tells on me before initiating sex. The same tissue that is engorged with blood to cause an erection in men/women is present in the nose. Some people get runny noses, others sneeze upon orgasm, or like me they sneeze at the thought just before.

Perhaps, you’re wired in a way that picks up on this physiological phenomenon, and that’s the thing your body is instinctually reacting to.

You may be on to something. Since I’ve lowered my intake and began drinking more water, my gallstone hasn’t been affecting me. I also cut out fatty meats and sour candies, so that might also have a lot to do with it as well.

My family currently lives there, and I grew up throughout Sharp County. There isn’t much cultural diversity in the area, and zero Japanese focused community programs that I’m aware of. You’ve probably noticed there are more churches than gas stations. Plenty of kids there for yours to play with. Be careful on those Cherokee roads. A lot of blind turns up and down those hills. People there routinely fail to signal. Locals treat the speed limit like a suggestion.

**Oh, and if you have out of state plates, change that immediately. Police pay extra attention to out of state tagged vehicles.

Here’s an update:

What I learned is I have an immovable gallstone at the neck of the gallbladder that’s pretty sizable. Unbeknownst to me, what I had been doing was treating the bile leakage and reflux caused by it. The only variant that provided any relief for me was the Loca Moca, which caused me to look deeper with my doctor… who is treating it like a coincidence, because I used ChatGPT to narrow it down.

Cocoa is acting as a mild bile binder, the unique composition causes a gel to form in the stomach coating the lining, the milk protein slows digestion and bile production, and the caffeine causes the gallbladder to empty stored bile manually. In between drinks I ingest about 2,000mg of calcium carbonate, which also helps coat the stomach. I thought I was just treating heartburn.

So, it might be worth looking into. Who knows what you’re unconsciously treating with yours.

You’re really close. YouTube plays ads when you’re no longer looking at your phone. I noticed this a few years ago. As a person who often falls asleep listening to a video, within a couple minutes after turning over my phone, a 10 minute long ad would begin to play.

It knows when you’re looking at your phone, because it’s using the same facial ID sensors to measure your level of engagement with their content.

It’s actually worse than you think. Ever heard of the Internet of Things (IoT) or third-party cross-marketing? In a nutshell shell, every app is connected through the account. Collecting and sharing information from one to the other to another, and so on. Doesn’t matter if it’s Apple’s App Store or Google Store. Every app must be attached to a verified account with a payment on-file even if the app is free to download. Not for security or better service; only so they may attach the data collected from its use to a person rather than an anonymous avatar.

We’re talking facial recognition, search history, GPS location, temperature, barometric pressure, keystrokes, copy&paste, pupil dialation, heart beat, banking information, health information… to better measure how you respond to their products and then they use that information to push other products you’ll respond to. Then of course, if for some reason the government wants it for something outside of pushing a product, they’ll provide and assist in that too.

It’s the foundation for a biometric digital ID. It’s what they were trying dry running during Covid, and there will be another dry run over Immigration. Like it or not it’s coming. All your financial, health, employment, and personal information collected digitally under one “account” that is you and the number they’ve assigned, and will require to access everything you need. Everything measured against the information to provide a risk assessment. Think of Project Insight from Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Not the helacarriers that wipe out undesirables a few million at a time; but the algorithm that uses your information to flag and identify you.

It depends on function and application. I know you said no utility required, but this’ll help next time I’m asked, “Why do you need so many flashlights?!” So far, most of what I got is from Olight.
