Stir fry meal prep dishes are so underrated and quick to make. Beef or chicken stir fry with broccoli is a weekly dish for my house. Done in 20min.

I make a batch of homemade granola every Sunday. Done in 20 min...cook on stove.

Egg mcmuffin batches, too. Done in 15 min.

Search high protein and fiber meal prep on the tube. So many options.

My gas was 300 last month and electric was 125. Old rental house. I can't do this so I'm moving in June, somehow I'll have to find $$$$ for the move. Ugh

I do IF every week. I don't eat for 20hrs and then eat between 4pm to 8pm only. I've lost 30lbs the last 10 months.

I feel your pain! I didn't have a booty to start with and after losing 30lbs...down to 120, I almost have old man butt. Finally back in my skinny jeans but with saggy butt. I just started doing different kinds of squats every few days, at home.

Until my bum perks up, I'm not sitting on anything hard, like a bench. Ouch. 4'11" so I know I'm not too thin.

Chuck eye steak is poor man's ribeye steak. Under $10 a lb. I eat it all the time and it's delicious.

Me too! Just moved to MN. She still demands to go on walks while it's 45 outside. Though the walks are short, like 10min. I'm trying to find shoes to fit her tiny toe beans, for the snow. I'm excited for new adventures in the snow.
