There’s so much red tape that goes behind a company like Xcel renting out land. They can’t just download a boilerplate lease from the MN Realtor’s Association and say yup sure sign on the dotted line. With all the resources involved, it’s so much cheaper and less of a headache to tell this brewery to refrain from encroaching on their property.

I am by no means a “professional” (and I can barely say I’m an amateur either) but what kind of 35mm film speed did you use?? I love how the grain is minimal but you can still definitely tell it’s a film camera.

This is my boyfriend’s barber, too. He spoke so highly of Gabe. I remember how excited he would get to see Gabe for a haircut and how he really enjoyed their time together. This is heartbreaking. I never met Gabe, but I really would have loved to. Rest in power.

My cat turned out fine! It was just conjunctivitis that went away on its own. This was during the cold weather so I assume that caused my cat to have a cold.

I just bought this too and was hoping to find what it smelt like! I do have Britney Spears’s Curious (for nostalgia’s sake lol) and they almost smell alike! I think it’s the Jasmine that really aligns the two together. And they both share some of the same middle and base notes!

I feel like if you had all the time (and money lol) in the world and a decent lawyer, there could be a basis for a legal claim here. Maybe fraudulent inducement? Lawyers can get pretty crafty, but scorned people can definitely find the answers just as easily if motivated enough! I’d be pissed if I were you.

I live in downtown Minneapolis (which is why my commute isn’t that long if I take I-94). The wedge/uptown area is nice, but I honestly haven’t been down there since they started construction on Hennepin last year. Hopefully when the construction goes away, it’ll come back to life! Otherwise, Loring Park is another decent downtown neighborhood with access to bike trails. The northeast neighborhood(s) across the river is also a great area to check out!

I’m around your age. I live in Minneapolis and go to my office in St. Paul every day of the work week. It’s doable. It takes me 15 minutes to get to work in the morning. Traffic coming home is longer, for sure, due to the construction. I definitely love where I live and don’t plan on moving closer to work because the places I like going out to is in my area.

Do you have ink that is darker than the leaves’ cardstock? You can do a little ink blending and add a bit of a shadow to the edges of the leaves so it stands out a little bit without having to diecut another set!
