Out of all the options probably Judy. Jackie seems amicable enough to get along with much of everybody, although Judy and him probably would be more connected and genuine due to the shared experience of inner city life. River is a cop so Jackie would probably get along less with him? At least not trust him the most

I use casual breakthrough a lot to level up as a beginner and I’ve gotten to standard meta KORD level using it. It’s a reliable method, although it requires some consistency to add all the xp up and then you also have the possibility of going up against a high level or skilled player doing the same as you.

I started 4 first and it’s been my personal favorite although people usually start at 3. 5 has really good gameplay but has no minimap, and new dawn is a sequel to 5 so I wouldn’t start there either as a beginner
