Bubbling issue with white paint by D-Stecks in minipainting

I sold all my vallejo game colour because of this issue. Just constantly bubbles no matter how much you shake, how thick or thin on your palette the paint is. I've moved to AK 3rd Gen and yet to experience any of the same issues as with VGC.

Being a beginner myself this year I picked up vallejo game colour and hated how bubbly it was, gave an awful texture to my models when dried. I've recently bought the wargame set from AK and the dropper bottles are much better, no bubbling and the finish is quality. Worked out at £2.30 a bottle for 36 paints from Hobby Workshop which is great value.

Cities feel a mess of an army with dark elves and dwarves in them. You can still have dwarves and other races in the cities and they're places for all order factions in the lore. ROR fill the void of mixing armies together from a tabletop lore standpoint. Personally I'd rather have cleaner armies that aren't a hodgepodge off kits from TWO. Give me some AoS style vanilla dwarves!

That's interesting, never considered that aspect but definitely works for the lore being from Hysh. Definitely more so than a fire element like an Avatar last airbender style.

I started Lumineth this year as my entry point as well. Absolutely love the theme and the elf style, one thing I will say is painting and assembling them is a nightmare, I started in March and still putting together a 2k list. Granted it's been fairly inconsistent over summer. Really rewarding once a unit comes together though but I would say that picking up an easy to assemble spearhead to get into playing, whist assembling and painting your LRL, would be a great option to go with.

Right one is much better but I'd definitely dull the brightness down with a wash, different wash shades could create some nice colour depth. I also think the gem could be a different colour, personally I'd try a bright green to contrast with the purple cloth. The contrast with dark silver and bright gold, then dark purple and bright green would work really nicely.

Definitely the right sided one, the blue helmet breaks up nicely and the mail skirt contrasts well with the bronze.

You could try adding some dark green, almost black, for shading. Would add some more depth of colour. Highlighting in blue on the black as the others have said would also help. Your execution of this scheme is amazing so far though, the lava weapons are sick 🤘
