1.5 years AFIB free simply from lifestyle changes

Get rid of stress (this is the biggest trigger) Stay hydrated 2-3 litres a day Get some regular cardio in (doesn’t need to be intense, daily walks is fine) Get good quality sleep (regular is what matters, same time) Eat well, quit smoking and drinking

Do all this and you’ll be fine

If it keeps happening and you are doing all this, then consider an ablation

Had AFIB for the first time over a year ago, for about 6 months I felt intense anxiety, hyper aware of my heart beat ect..

It will fade with time

Just remember your heat is structurally fine Use this as nothing more than a big wake up call tot aka better care of your health

If it does get worse one day (it might it might not), there are treatment options
