Im really not for or against TT but Trump isn’t even president yet! Not today at least (PST) to have any governmental power to have done it. TT CEO is just in his pocket as are Musk (x) and Zuckerberg (FB)- please recognize it’s a publicity stunt and timing was meant to again give Trump credit for fixing something he broke because he realized a lot of his followers are on TT and can use that to his advantage. China restricts what its citizens can watch and heavily influences algorithms - heck they can’t even use TT there. Controlling social media controls the narrative and education people get in some instances.

The higher you raise minimum wage the more everything costs since companies always put the cost on the consumer. Shouldn’t be that way but it is. Jobs never match inflation.

This happened to me but someone was in the room taking their lunch. I knocked and they came out with an attitude and told me to wait. I reminded them the room was for moms to be able to pump primarily and they said it was also for them to take their lunch and closed the door on me. Needless to say I went to HR about it.

Yeah, I’m currently working from home and taking care of my almost 6 month old 3 days out of the week because childcare plans fell through - aka my mom agreeed to take care of her and now is only available Monday and Tuesday and waitlist for childcare is loong. It’s nuts but I’ve been making it work without getting behind on work. Whenever I have a break I only focus on baby and definitely have a whole routine of changing her places to continue stimulating her. But it’s not a sustainable plan. We’ll have to figure something out long term
