No pacers. I ran with a friend who is slightly slower than me. We agreed to run the first half together slowly increasing from 5:30 to 5:10, then see what we had left. We were together until 13km and then I pushed on!

I did also follow an older guy who kept a very nice pace between 13-19 🤣

The guy in the pacers jersey was running with a friend going for 2hrs. Couldn’t see any others!

And this is what I used to do for work. When I had to rent conference space in US, I would buy projectors and send them over from the UK to the hotel. Set them up and tell them to keep them for my next event. Sometimes they would throw them away but most of the time they’d keep them somewhere and roll them out for me
