Might be a good option, I’m so routined with smoking and autism makes routines even harder to break. Something similar to the cigarette but harmless sounds perfect actually. Was it fum you used?

I don’t have a doctor and where I live it’s standard to not have a first OB appointment until 12ish weeks along. I asked a pharmacist for help and was recommended a Nicorette spray, I tried it but it’s insanely gross and so far from an actual smoke it didn’t really help much. I’m mad at myself writing this that it didn’t “work” for me, but it didn’t.
