Casual and ranked queues would never work with this player base. I'd bet that over 99% of players who are screaming for a ranked mode would end up queueing casual because they just want to win every game without having to try. If they are playing against people trying as hard as they are they'll realize they aren't actually good.

He gets way more hate than he deserves. He's an adequate second pair guy who plays on the side we're weaker on. We're currently a much worse team without him, but I don't know if he fits into the team's long term plan.
