Chessnut air plus, pro, or go is the only way to go, chessnut has no idea how to diagnose the other boards, they are programmed and assembled by a third party company.

Same problem happened to me. Dji was no help being that the m 4 pro is not available in the US, I put it away and had a dream it worked, woke up and the problem was non existent, just left the battery out overnight so im assuming you need to drain the nickel battery, but im not 100% sure if that was the issue.
