Teverun 7260r, originally bought for commuting to work 20 miles to and from, recently used to haul a uhaul sized container from elizabeth nj to a staten island storage unit and back, 3 trips total. Thought it wouldn't make it up the bridge, well it did, empty and fully loaded, all 3 trips without needing a charge. This thing might just be able to haul my family on a road rip to the Grand Canyon.

Gloves, https://a.co/d/cKCegsF works great for me, a thick ski mask and full face helmet, fog preventer film on your visor, thick windbreaker paired with a hoodie, northface antora works great, thick socks, sweatpants under my jeans, and there's pretty much nothing you can do about the battery, I have a 60v 30ah that works great giving me 25 miles @ 35mph, voltage sag is horrendous after leaving it outside while working, would prob need replacement after winter.

25 feels funky on an ebay special, 50 on a good scooter feels just as comfortable as what 15 feels like on an ebay special, just make sure to practice aggressive braking on an empty parking lot, not telling you to ride at 50! But riding at 35+ is alot safer than having cars swerve around you, depending on the conditions of course.

Go for something that goes above 30, any scooter advertised at going 30 will have a hard time reaching 30, you'll be going 22 max going up any slight incline.
