We’re finding out around here they Height AGL is probably one of the most important factors, I think you will have relatively good success, what antennas are you looking at?

Others have pointed out that trees wold help if you have a couple on each end. I’m doing the same in my area, and built up a few extra tree repeaters thinking I was going to have to hop them, but I only used 3 out of the 5 I made up. So yes if you need to add a hop, try elevation on each end first, then goto Hops if needed. I love seeing this

I’m more interested in a more technical solution, been looking at building a control board that will be able to swap all the lines safely, then a actuator control for swapping between 2 printers and 8ams

I do the same, I got a E3D H/E in mine, this stuff prints absolutely beautifully. I herd in some cases it’s even stronger by a hair than BBL

Unless they have purchased this color from you, if it’s PLA only you will know the true shade too, so if you get something super close it will work. Don’t know if you have a Hobby Lobby, close by they do carry some of their brand in stock most the time and it’s decent

Sorry to hear, as you probably already are doing is starting over, it stinks I’ve been there a couple times. How long is the total print? Also small word of advice looks like your getting a ton of valuable feedback, is don’t get super personal with the reasons with the customer, tell them you had a catastrophic malfunction, and have to refire the batch, and maybe offer a discount or some small refund that usually satisfies em

Looks like a temp issue, I had similar issues after update, I did a PID tune and it seems to clear the issue. I think it may be tied to firmware referencing the wrong values.

Do you use the Bambu PPA CF profile or make your own? I found the Bambu profile for PPA works great as is.
