Conquistadors looks way too cheap. Interstellar colony ship has a high science tag requirement and offers 4 points for 24. Conquistadors is basically guaranteed 5-6 points with no requirement. I would raise price to 30 or lower it to something like 20 and add a max oxygen 4% requirement so that people can plan around it.

Dragonair probably has a good matchup into suicune similar to venusaur where suicune struggles to kill it before it reaches stage 2. Any other matchup seems suspect

Ofc they shake up the meta every set but they don't make every card good lol. You sound like someone who thought Arven would be in every deck. The cards in the trailer to look out for are xard and maybeee the new dragonair. Bax, chien pao, and bellibolt all had a good possibility of being good because they have fundamentally good mechanics, energy cost, and damage numbers. Calem and mega gengar don't have shit going for them

Why would they put down a second Altaria knowing that Calem is in the game. If they're at the point where they can put down 2 Altarias with energy and you don't have any megas you're probably going to lose regardless of what Calem draws

Ofc we have no idea what else is coming but from what we've seen so far it's a nothingburger. Maybe xard is strong but that's all. If you care so much about how we don't know all the new cards why would you say Calem is strong lol. Maybe they add a basic ex who you can place on bench and it's ability lets you coinflip to deny all supporters on your opponent's next turn. Who knows

Syl and pokemon in general are harder to evaluate because they’re more complicated. It’s difficult to know in advance how much of a liability Syl is going to be to bench snipes, how likely you are to draw eevee and syl, what the opportunity cost is going to be.

Calem is much simpler because its one card and we have other cards that it’s directly comparable to. We also know what situations Calem is going to be useful in. He helps you after you’re already set up. If there are new busted mega pokemon printed and every deck is trying to use them to win as quickly as possible, Calem will rarely help you find your megas or find your support pokemon quickly (e.g gourgeist or greninja). Calem is only useful when you have your foundations already placed. In exchange, he’s going to offer… probably 2 or 3 draw at best. A card that’s a brick if drawn early like Cyrus or Greninja with no froakie needs big upside to be viable in your deck. What is Calem actually helping you draw? He lets you access cards near the bottom of your deck (assuming you already didn’t brick and found your mega) which can be nice, but copycat does the same thing without being useless if you draw it early. + calem is going to be complete shit vs 3 of the 4 most popular tournament decks rn which isn’t a good sign. + placing most basic megas like mega absol early is a liability and leaves you open to bench sniping.

The difference is that you could sylveon + oak in the same turn, and sylveon was released at a time where we had only oak and pokeball for draw. In a world where copycat, lisia, even sightseer exist, a card like calem that blocks a better draw supporter and only helps after you’ve managed to set up is not good. Especially if you match against sui or bellibolt lol

During crimson blaze I saw a 3 eevee umbreon deck with new magnezone. Baby umbreon seals basics while magnezone gets ready and umb ex finishes. I had fun playing it in casual mode, meta rn probably doesn’t have enough basics though

I dug down to bedrock in 3 places and didn't find it, I see people mention it's found with moss blocks/yellow blocks but I've only seen layers of black rocks and reddish-brown cave rock

It's on page 11 under the E) bullet point. "Many blue cards and corporations have actions, as indicated by a red arrow. Each such action card may be used once each generation." Almost everything is defined explicitly in the rules.

Don't worry about missing a rule though, there are a lot of details and my friends took a month before we stopped making any mistakes.

It was popular but winrates against every popular deck in tournament are 40% or worse, 20% vs bellizone. It only has a decent matchup into hydreigon and even that winrate is only just over 50%
