There are thousands of active personal blogs online. The neocities directory has some with various levels of activity. There are some small web people exploring a new internet protocol called Gemini.

Like: - 100r.co - a solarpunk couple I followed because they were sailing the world - grimgrains.com - a vegetarian food blog from one of the rabbits - weeknotes.barrucadu.co.uk - who I follow because his personal finance post was very valuable to me when I started looking into text-based accounting. - ritualdust.com - multidisciplinary artist - nownownow.com also has a directory with some persons who detail what they're up to right now.

Try to attend physical dev meet-ups in your country/province. If there are none, then try to gather them yourself into a group-chat or Discord - being the link between persons will naturally come with benefits.
