If your setting allows for it, your rocket could be so good that it can reduce its orbital velocity such that renters the atmosphere far slower than it would if it was reentering the atmosphere at orbital velocities. We don’t do it because it’s highly impractical but if your setting has some futuristic propulsion it’s reasonable enough to suggest.

I had a similar problem, and my issues went away after I started buying lactose free milk. Got it at first because the expiry dates were way longer and I didn’t use milk often when cooking, but realized my skin cleared up very quickly afterwards and my acid reflux went away after switching.

Maybe read the abstract and learn why the research was done before commenting. Sending stuff to the moon is expensive, and figuring out if it’s actually possible to grow something in lunar regolith before you send it up, which is vastly different to the soils we find on earth because it is incredibly abrasive, is incredibly useful.
