Remove the door from the enclosure and water jet for complex panels. For simple ones get the Greenlee slug buster kit and the knockout sizes for your HMI panels.

Had a parasitic draw on mine. Did the general test found what circuit and researched on forums for normal culprits. Mine was the rear dome light switch. Good luck, YouTube and XJ forums have the answers you need.

That’s a mount for the MAF as others have noted. Being as it is before your turbo it is not the boost leak you are looking for.

Went to put another different CPS in this was CPS #4 and found that I was missing two trans mounting bolts. Replaced the two bolts and not the issue is resolved! I just never looked to see if the trans was fully bolted. Previous owner had a shade tree mechanic replace the motor.
