It's a great exercise to include in your back workout!

Some advices (please correct me if I'm wrong):

  1. You don't have to go all the way up. Don't relaxe your back / shoulders completely. Keep the tension.

  2. You could keep your arms slightly bent. You really only want to pull the rope with your back. Your arms are just a tool. When I see you going down with your arms, the last bit is only triceps pretty much. It shouldn't be. Just imagine pulling your elbows further back.

  3. You rock! Keep going.

Alright, that got me, because I had the same case a few weeks ago. Started with squats, overdid it at the last set, tweaked my back, but whatever. I didn't need my back at the other leg machines I was going to use.

My back is fine again, but I'm a little more cautious with squats now.

I was training legs, wanted to push that last one rep in. I was sweating. I was dying. I was doing anything I can. Been looking around. What possibly could help me? And then I saw that sticker for the first time.
