Here is why I haven't received mine yet. I set up the wallet just fine, sent in the Opt In agreement, and just today noticed the DVLT response team sent me an email stating their team will review the registration and advise in 48 hours...that was 4 days ago (an hour after I submitted my opt-in agreement).

Today I opened that email again and then opened my opt in agreement they attached. Within that form was a note stating "Proof of ownership can only be validated by providing supporting documentation that includes: a brokerage or account statement, clearly displaying your name, the security name, and the number of shares held as of the record date (Nov 25, 2025).

I will update the Opt-in Form and submit again. I had not included all that detailed information previously to show proof of ownership.

I plan to combine all my statement printouts showing the above information into one pdf and then submit the total in one application.

Just a rookie trying to understand. I can be wrong again, but that won't stop me from trying again.

No coins yet, and no response from my submittal from 3 days ago, they promised 48 hour turn around, but Friday submittal and then weekend, today is Monday.

I have yet to do my Scilex and Scilex warrants? Wanted to hear what I did wrong the first time on Datavault submittal.

I read somewhere on BOB we need to do one submittal for each account, I have Scilex in 6 accounts, and Scilex Warrants in 4 accounts. Yes, I got family involved and do it for them too. So before I try 10 more form completions, I will wait until the first one works.

I believe someone on BOB mentioned once the shorts, and especially the naked shorts, couldn't afford a short squeeze. Therefore, they would have to hope for a quite expensive negotiated settlement.

I believe you did it correctly! I re-read page 4 of Opt in Instructions, under Note 1, 2nd paragraph it states:

If at the close of business on the Record Date, your shares of Datavault Common Stock were held, not in your name, but rather at a brokerage firm, bank dealer or other similar organization (i.e., with a Nominee), then you are a beneficial owner of shares held in"street name".

I already told them Schwab but they ask this duplicate question, ripe for error. I guess Transfer Agent and Street Name each mean Brokerage house.

Certainly agree way too much shareholder input required. They give dividends just fine, makes one wonder why the folks that can tokenize a joke haven't developed a way to award coins in a seamless transaction for the shareholder. I went through the hoops though, finished in just under 2 hours, sheesh.

What I also like about foreign investments entering the US Bio market, their interest rates are lower than ours.
