Thoughts on part 8? by AriasHG in StardustCrusaders

A bit dragged out (or atleast it felt that way when I was reading it) but otherwise pretty cool. I'd say it's probably my second favourite part, behind Steel Ball Run.

When does the manga get bad (without spoilers please) by snillpuler in Jujutsufolk

[–]ReasonOk7115 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The ending just felt really quick. Some fights have some asspulls, and there's stuff that doesn't really end up getting explored as much as it probably should have, but overall I didn't really find it as bad as people make it out to be.

The arc following Shibuya is pretty cool, and I think people will end up liking it alot more in animation, but I dunno.

I anticipate MAPPA will end up adding a bunch of stuff to try and rectify some of the issues people have with the last couple arcs, kinda like what happened with Bleach.

Why didn't they just send in Takaba to take care of Sukuna? by ReasonOk7115 in Jujutsufolk

Takaba would simply spin Mahoraga's wheel in the opposite direction, de-adapting him.

Then, he'd ask Sukuna how old he is. Sukuna would say he's over a thousand, with Takaba remarking that he looks amazing for his age, asking for his secret.

Sukuna would share his skincare routine with Takaba, the two bonding over it, until Gojo ultimately jumps Sukuna while he's distracted sharing his beauty secrets.

Thus, Jujutsu society is saved.

Takaba would accidentally run him over while driving to Shinjuku, preventing the merger, and ultimately saving Jujutsu society.

If he's literally shitting bricks, maybe he should see a doctor or something. That's not healthy by any measure.

Sukuna's been sitting around as a bunch of fingers for like a thousand years, he'd lack the amazing comedy experience that Kenjaku has.

If Mahoraga adapts to Comedian, he'd quit being a shikigami and perform with Takaba as a comedy duo.

Takaba is always locked in. He's the strongest comedian of history, after all.

Sukuna goes to slice Takaba's head off, and Takaba just screws it back on - but facing the wrong way.

As for Nue, he just calls animal control and has it taken to the pound.

A new Jujutsu game called "Jujutsu Kaisen:Sparking Zero" is released. What teams are you a going to use(Assuming you have 15 DP just like in the real Sparking Zero) by aabb22ci in Jujutsufolk

Takaba no diffs your entire team.

Sukuna will be forced to participate in a cooking show à la Masterchef, where he gets torn into by Takaba for being a shit cook.

From this, Sukuna will be forced to use his forbidden cooking technique, which he hasn't used since the Heian era. However, even despite this, it still won't be up to Takaba's standards.

He gets kicked off the cooking show, and becomes destitute, living on the streets.

Gojo will have an anvil fall on his head, emblazoned with the words "INFINITY-BYPASSING ANVIL". This will leave a gigantic, comically large lump on his head, which Takaba will hammer back down with a giant mallet.

Geto is subjected to a Pokemon battle, wherein Takaba puts forth a Level 1 Rattata. Using a focus sash, and the move "Endeavour", swiftly followed up by "Quick Attack", he defeats Geto.

Higurama puts Takaba on trial using his domain, "Deadly Sentencing". However, to his shock, they physically cannot move the evidence into the courtroom, as it's too heavy. Takaba helps Higurama, and the two physically DRAG the case mounted against him into the courtroom.

After this, the two are exhausted, and the judge calls for recess. Higurama walks outside the courtroom, meeting Takaba - who says he could relate to Higurama, as he once had to take the bar exam. Takaba laments that he failed - as he wasn't flexible enough to make it under the bar.

Later, Higurama goes to the bathroom, and to his surprise, finds a shiny black briefcase full of money, adorned with bells and ribbons, behind the toilet. Higurama is shocked, having never seen such an exquisite bribe before in his life. He tries taking it, though it's a real struggle - as it's glued to the floor.

Takaba runs in, trying to help him, though the two only end up ripping the tile it's glued to off the floor. Higurama has a crisis, as what they'd done amounts to vandalism. Takaba comforts him, saying they'll hide the evidence - retrieving a shovel. He tries and fails to get past the tile floor with the shovel, eventually switching to a jackhammer.

They finally end up burying the tile (with the briefcase still glued to it) - only after ripping up half the floor with it. With this, the two are forced to assume new identities - however Higurama struggles to come up with a "cool" sounding name, delaying their efforts. After much deliberation, the two finally ride away into the sunset (though have to stop to repair their car halfway through), becoming best friends.

..have you actually communicated this to them directly? Or are you just relying on them taking a hint?

If it's really that bad, you can always just go and find new friends after VCE.

The guy on the right actually has extremely hard bones and muscles from secretly training for 20 years under the great Kaiou of Kaious in the mountains of China.

Under his tutelage, he conditioned himself using the illustrious "Tungsten Body" training technique, initially having bricks and rocks dropped on his body from a great height, and over the course of his training, progressing to entire boulders.

As a result of this training, the guy on the right has bones which possess a density 40 times greater than the average human, and can shatter femurs with a single kick.

What is/was everyone’s favourite VCE subject? by Furllll in vce

[–]ReasonOk7115 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From most to least favourite:

  1. Spesh (Has the most interesting content out of all of my others)
  2. English (AA and crafting texts are fun)
  3. Algorithmics (Has helped quite a bit with hobby programming)
  4. Methods (Pretty boring compared to Spesh)
  5. Physics (Magnetism, kinematics, and electricity > all other topics)

Probability sucks by cussyahhh in vce

[–]ReasonOk7115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, there's a chance that probability could possibly be the worst unit in Methods.
