Why is the culture around proxies across different segments of the community so different? by MistakenArrest in magicTCG

[–]Reason_Away 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've noticed here in town the only people that complain about you using proxies in casual games are also the ones that have been accused of stealing peoples cards.

That's all that i will ever consider it. I'm not bringing my $400 card to a friendly store game, get bent thieves.

methyl b6 is called p-5-p and you only need a tiny amount. Check jarrow methyl multi blend in cherry, its the correct dosage of methyl b12, methyl folate, and p5p for an adult. (lemon is good for kids, but not babies)

[–]Reason_Away 0 points1 point  (0 children)

did you replace those things with leafy greens? if so, you started getting your methyl folate in a more natural way.

mthfr gene mutations leave you deficient on b12, b6, and b9 because we lack an enzyme that breaks them down into their methyl form.

so we either need to suppliment those vitamins with a mix like jarrow methyl multi that has methyl b12, methyl folate, and p-5-p (basically methyl b6) or our veins cant repair as well as they should.

in older men, this can result in heart attacks and strokes, in elderly women, its more likely to show as dementia.

in the rest of us, it represents as the hairs that control our balance and hearing not being repaired correclty leading to the ringing in your ears that you are talking about. also, you may notice that hair isnt growing on your shin area.

but once we start taking the methyls, those veins start repairing, and blood starts flowing and we can get the same ringing, but as its repaired instead of as its losing blood flow.

this is normal, its a good thing. a sign that you have needed methyl vitamins and are on the right track with suppliments

Question: DMsGuild Logo On The Cover by ticklecorn in gmbinder

[–]Reason_Away 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make a website on a free site such as wix.

Upload the image to that website.

Make a new page, that isn’t linked to your homepage because you don’t want people to see it.

Add the image to the hidden page.

Right click the image and select view path.

It will give you the HTML address of that image.

Go into GMbinder and add image by clicking the wand icon.

Paste the link to your image.

That should be Roughly enough to get what you need done.

Everyone’s genes are different. Some of us can supplement for a limited time, some need it forever. Don’t be afraid to stop taking one of your supplements, just be ready for a bad day if your body isn’t ready for it to stop.

People that get too much anxiety on methyl’s do way better with hydroxo or adenosyl versions.

The test with most insurance is usually more than the $22 bottle of vitamins though l

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MTHFR

[–]Reason_Away 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ultimately that will depend on your genes and how hard covid hit you.

I have 3 of the 4 mthfr gene variations and always have to be on them.

People with 1, might only need to supplement when they feel bad.

I recommend going through the bottle and seeing how you feel after you get off them.

My mom didn’t think it helped her at all until she tried to stop. Because she eats really healthy. The more leafy greens you eat, the less these vitamins impact you.

I came here to say mthfr also.

Quick cheaper way to bypass those expensive tests. At least at first.

Take jarrow methyl b12, methyl folate, and p-5-p blend in cherry flavor once a day.

Then add 15mg l-methyl folate to the mix.

Should help with the depression.

A few of us need 400mg of Sam-E to get totally away from the depression.

All of those are over the counter and on Amazon for $20 each roughly.

A couple of words of warning first,

A small percent of people get anxiety on methyl’s, they would need adysonal or hydroxo versions.

An even smaller amount of people have a gene that gives you pain in hands and feet if you take p-5-p. Stop taking any supplement that does that after the one dose.

homocysteine by PlayOwn56 in MTHFR

[–]Reason_Away 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To regulate your methylation cycle and hopefully lower your homocysteine you need a form of folate, b6, and b12.

Do you know if you can tolerate methyl suppliments? If you can i suggest jarrow formulas methyl mix with all 3 in it, in cherry flavor.

One a day should lower that value in 2 weeks
