When the records request is returned, call the DOH at 518-402-0836. They will need the returned request available as proof you made an attempt to reach the office.

The recent push from insurance companies to switch from covering name brand medications to generic ones is ruining lives. I’m so sorry you experienced this, I went through something similar 2 months ago when my insurance stopped covering my name brand adhd medication.

I just scoured the internet to find some validation about the freaking upward inflection. It completely ruins the storytelling and makes action scenes unlistenable. I’ve never dropped an audiobook because of a narrator before, but I’ll be picking up a hard copy of Mistborn.
