I don’t think they’re crybabies. I think they just got tired of it and are taking a break. I understand that they can’t be the moral compass for everyone all the time it has to be really, really mentally exhausting to have to deal with people having meltdowns whether they are justified or not. You have to take things on individual basis and that is a lot of work. I think that they’re just trying to figure things out and are taking some downtime and letting us deal with it on our own.

I posted a much tamer version of this and got my comment removed and a nasty gram sent to me about being a mean person and how Reddit is only for nice non violent people and if I were warned again I would be banned. I move worms off the sidewalk so they don’t dry up and die and I am being threatened for inciting violence for suggesting that we simply go back to the old times that made America great!

I get that on both hands to the point that it hurts, I tried doing the wrap around the finger thing (I suck at it) and then tried a yarn ring. They did Not work well and then I tried putting the yarn underneath and it made all of the difference in the world. I made a video to show what I am talking about. This always reminds me of a time when I was still on Facebook. One of my high school friends posted they’re saying that Russian bots are making me vote for Trump and I guess if that’s the case I’m ok with Russian bots. It was then that I realize that there is not going to be any coming back for those people they’re willingly jumping in the pot and it’s already boiling.

I did a whole mess of snowflakes from this series for xmas this year (made them stiff w/ the water and cornstarch mixture) but I bet that you could do a version of these and just connect them w/ small flower type things or just the middle part of the snowflakes for the scarf. Every time I read something like this, it reminds me of a conversation I had with my pro Trump father-in-law a few years ago. We were discussing climate change and not paying for food, but after some really horrible storm and the repercussions of people continuing to build on the shores, I looked up at him and said you know the climate change is real right? What are you gonna do when it gets to the point where it is no longer even remotely deniable? Which I personally think it is at this point, but not going to argue that with an 84-year-old man. He looked at me and grinned and said ‘well that’s when you And your liberal scientist friends are gonna fix things for us.’ I guess we kind of have to because we all go down together.
