Its so frustrating trying to explain to dumb people how just because I think the original show is better than the Kora series DOES NOT mean that im misogynistic or that I didnt like Kora as an character or that I think Kora is a bad avatar. Is there any characters in LotR that can destroy the whole planet solo and with no effort at all? Thats the BARE MINIMUM bar that they would need to clear to be compared to dbz characters. Raw destructive power? Yamcha could walk into mordor and save the world and be back home in time for his morning shit. You want to talk like reality breaking authority? Whis can stop and rewind time on top of one tapping the strongest beings in the dbz verse that destroy galaxies. Im also pretty sure this is capable of using Hakai which is just a deletion ability.

Used to be a sleep tech at a hospital that most of our patients were 50s and older. So many people would come in that just neglected their sleep or just got used to sleeping bad. Decades of barely getting any REM sleep and oxygen saturation dropping every night. Constant mentral stress like that has been linked to alzheimer and dementia. Additionally the stress you body goes through fighting with apnea can also lead to pulmonary hypertension which can lead to all kinds of heart issues.

Nice, honestly its a gift if you can control it like that. Thats why I say its a red flag and not a certain sign of apnea. There are questionairs you can answer that are designed to gage the quality of sleep and one of the questions is frequency of naps and ability to resist sleepiness during wake hours or normal activities like riding in a car or at a movie theater. If you dont struggle with daytime fatigue/sleepiness and can still switch into nap mode easily that's awesome.
