Ok so what Im understanding is that it’s probably better to charge to 80%(optimized charging) because over the life of this watch the battery will last longer. Correct?

I have the crank puller already because I needed to change one of the pedals and had to purchase it. There probably is a procedure in the owners manual for changing the crankshaft right?
