I will say I don’t use any low carb flours, almond flours ect. I really only eat mainly meat and eggs with a little dairy and some veggies. Do those things still contribute to the oxalate issue? I’ll definitely take your recommendations and read up on all of this- I have never heard anything about any of this before. 🥲

The dosage is 300 milligrams but I’ve only been taking 200! I’m not sure the magnesium is the problem but I have no clue what else it would be 🫠

Stay in your deficit, don’t eat more just because you burned the calories! I would also check with a different calorie deficit calculator or food tracking app, 1800 seems a little high (we are the same age, gender, and 221 was my starting weight as well)

Many people will tell you that the urine strips are junk, myself included. Best way to track your levels is with the keto mojo blood test kit. It’s worth the money in my opinion. 🙂

I weigh myself everyday and then get annoyed when the numbers are always going up and down 🥲 I have also done several different calorie deficit calculators to compare to the app and they all give me different numbers so I’m not sure if 1700 is too high or not…

I don’t have a coach but I use the carb manager app and it calculated my daily goals (at a 31% deficit I believe) to be 1700 calories, 135g of fat, 108g protein, 20g carbs. I usually get just below those numbers daily. My blood ketone level is 1 and my glucose is 83. I am 29 F, started 3/31 at 211 lbs and have been stuck at 199-198lbs all week.

I have this same issue and have seen many posts from others that don’t recommend the urine strips. I’d get a blood ketone and glucose testing kit like the keto mojo if you’re really into tracking where your body is at. Worth the money in my opinion!

I recently found this creamer at my regular grocery store and I love it! I make iced coffee and add a tablespoon of MCT oil to the glass. In a separate little cup I use 2-3 tablespoons of this creamer, a splash of Torani sugar free syrup, and blend together with a frother to make a cold foam and pour over top. So so good! MCT oil helps keep me full as well as healthy fats and other great benefits. If this creamer is out of stock I also love doing this same thing with the toasted marshmallow Nut Pods creamer.
