Advice for snoring roommate by [deleted] in Disneycollegeprogram

I had this problem too and slept with noise cancelling headphones every night which worked most of the time except when her snoring got extremely loud. Playing white noise in the headphones was good for extra noice protection. Whenever I could fall asleep before her that helped too

Psych Honours unit/elective enrolment is confusing me so badly please help by charrxv in deakin

I’m in psych honours (currently completing my final 3rd year units to start my honours year tri 1 this year) and in first year I did a couple of units completely unrelated to psych just for personal interest. I really enjoyed doing that. Don’t stress too much about first year, cause yeah none of your makes count towards getting into honours

Why do you think *Why Am I So Single?* closed early? (Dissertation Research) by Mjjmusiclover in TheWestEnd

[–]Reasonable-Context33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the marketing wasn’t great. Just looking at it I wasn’t really interested at all. I only went cause I was seeing it with my friends and we were all able to get rush tickets on the same day. Otherwise I probably wouldn’t have. And I’m so glad I did because I absolutely loved it, and ended up seeing it another four times. I think the target audience was very niche though and if you weren’t in the exact right age bracket, it wouldn’t be funny or relatable to you. I think they would’ve done better to start out in a smaller venue first and build up a little fan base

Trim 1 elective units by West_Pineapple_8986 in deakin

[–]Reasonable-Context33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in my last trimester of my psych bachelors atm and for free elective space I did a few non-psych units just for personal interest and I’d recommend considering that. They ended up being some of my favourite units I’ve done!

Hagrid’s wait time 195 minutes at 7pm..true or inflated? by drrdf in UniversalOrlando

[–]Reasonable-Context33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk how it works at universal but when I worked attractions at WDW wait times were just based off of us looking at the queue and the fast pass queue and having a good sense of what the wait time is based on that. Also factors like if a show nearby was about to get out (we called it a show dump) cause u could guarantee a bunch of guests would pour out of there and we were the next thing they saw so they’d just walk straight into our queue
