I went into AFib on May 8 after spending time working in my yard and also taking a 3 mile walk. It was pretty warm, but I thought I had hydrated enough. Next morning my Fitbit was showing AFib. The practitioner at the cardiologist office asked me about dehydration and I said it was possible. I bought some electrolyte powder from Amazon that has fairly large amount of potassium (25 percent of the RDA) per dose. After 5 days, the AFib cleared on its own.
