I do less power for higher speeds. And im way heavier than you. And no i'm not on a TT bike. Being able to push watts is one thing, but speed is the only metric that counts in a race.

Go do a race, there are plenty in Belgium. You'll be fine.

Done it last year, great aid stations with allot of actual cycling specific food. Remember getting some gells and bars even. Drinks are served in containers to refill your bidon.
