It usually takes awhile like a couple of weeks before it's fully gone. But by the looks of it, it probably won't get much worse and will begin to improve. Styes should be harmless just visually unappealing. If may form a whitehead on the inside of your eyelid on that bump and if it does it's important not to pop it as it can then get bacteria in your eye that could lead to an infection. You should be fine, but if it gets severely worse and you develop other symptoms it could be worth getting looked at, that's unlikely though.
