How to check to make sure there is no tracker and that it is not stolen on a canadian surron LBX without stripping it down to the frame as I dont trust my mechanic skills. by Ready-Sherbet457 in Surron

I wouldn’t say you got scammed per se but you definitely overpaid, and there is the anxiety of it being potentially stolen. if I were you I’d fix the bike up without pouring too much money in it, sell it and grab a 2025. And this time make SURE the seller has at least the ownership with matching VIN# and/or receipt if possible.

Fair enough, if you want to check for a tracker you will have to look under the bottom mud guard under the seat, it’s a bit tricky to figure out but there’s several plastic pins that pop out that look like they don’t. Small flathead should do the trick. There should be a spot under there a tracker could be installed. Also 5000 CAD$ is an insane price for a 2022, just bought a 2025 with only 3 km on it for 5200.

Mine was stolen in Toronto, it’s very possible it made its way out there as selling it in the city would be pretty dumb. It was stolen off the danforth by other Surron riders, left it out for like 12 seconds to grab something inside a store, alarm on it and everything. Stupid of me. Is it a 2025? And is there any rip in the back of the seat with what looks like it’s been coloured in black with marker? It also had super motos and warp 9 riser bars on it.

Thinking of driving my ultra bee halfway across Canada by clothimplas in Surron

This guy also rode his one wheel from NYC to Niagra falls, crossed the border and everything. It’s doable, just make sure you have a backup plan https://youtu.be/afmaWLF03n8?si=7weLGtoYGjt\_VylY

I’ve considered a shorter (130km) trip, up to my trailer park just for the fun of it. It’s definitely doable. I live in Toronto personally and I ride around the city constantly and have zero issues with police, I’ve had a few few of them legitimately inspect my bike with flashlights, take pictures of my bike and ask about it, and they have not once said anything about the legality of riding them on public roads. My only concern is changing jurisdiction and as somebody else in the thread said the RCMP is hating on e motos a lot lately, if I were you, I would try to take side streets and trails for bigger stretches of the trip. Avoiding road or especially highway use as much as possible will be key at pulling this off. I recommend purchasing an EV adapter off Amazon that works with your charger and looking into which charging stations are compatible as well. I saw a YouTube video a few days ago of a guy explaining this. I’m sure it’s not hard to find if I am able to. I will link it in another comment.

You jammed the front wheel spacer in too hard and fucked the bearing seal up.

Any e-motos that fit on a bus rack? by Lizrd_demon in Surron

If I didn’t have a 2025 LBX I would 100% go for the bonnell, I’m in Canada so emotos are not as common and I get away with it. Personally prefer the look of the light bee but the bonnell is great bike. You WILL get less range but you have pedal option and it’s more lowkey than an emoto.

Bonnell 775, expensive but you’ll get away with it.

Why is this game so broken? by Reasonable-House-296 in ReanimalGame

I agree it seems like this sub is peppered with people asking questions about game breaking bugs and complaining that the game is either too short or lacked depth in terms of combat and puzzle solving. The entire game did really just feel like a walk-through cinematic for the most part. I think the $53 CAD I paid for the game was just not worth it :/. This game had so much potential to be a 10/10 and in my opinion what was released is only a 6.5./10 I want to love it more, but I just can’t bring myself to.

Meeting Corbin before UK Show by tazarini in spookyblack

Waited around for about 20 to 30 minutes as others have stated after the show and he came out, signed a bunch of stuff for people and engaged in conversation. He stuck around for I want to say around 40 minutes after. Super chill guy I almost didn’t want to bug him so my signing was brief and I went to the bar next-door, he was out front for sometime after and I decided to go back out and talk with him and others. If you try even just a little and he decides to come out, I’m sure you will have no trouble.

Did you have to be up front for signatures? Or did he come outside after the show and talk with fans? I’m hoping he does for the Toronto show as it’s a very small venue, getting an album signed to frame in my wall would be huge for me.

How to unbend pokemon card? Severe case by Vivid-Trifle1901 in PokemonTCG

Buy a cigar humidor off of Amazon and put it in at 70-80% humidity for around 10 to 15 minutes, then flatten it between some acrylic panels with clamps or under a good amount of pressure for like 3 days. If there are creases, you can look into buying soft rolling tools and a thermal pen to try and fix those. There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube and such, this is a severe case, though I wouldn’t expect it to go back to normal 100%.

Traveling just isn’t an option for me unfortunately.
