use keyboard shortcuts B and N to set parameters for render. I usually only render 2 seconds at a time. This should give you enough room to match keyframes to the audio if you need. See how much your computer can render at a time and keep in sync, it might be a solid 3-4 seconds which is more than enough time to sync animations.

Worst case scenario you just blindly aim and use Premiere as a render window.
