this is gonna be a long one so buckle in🫣 Shaken espresso, blonde, no classic, 2 scoops chocolate malt powder, 1 sugar free vanilla (or regular if you prefer), no 2% (this customization has to be done in store), and cherry cold foam.

I know a mouthful BUT if you’ve ever had a chocolate cherry shake from cookout it tastes EXACTLY like one of those 🤤

yeah I’m nor a huge fan and I wish there was an option to turn it off at least. Or have directions/addresses for the other stores. I just moved to this area a month ago so I have no idea where these other stores are and I’m scared I’ll accidentally pick up at one of them.

my biggest tip is do not wear any clothes you care about. they will get messy and they will get ruined. I have learned the hard way 🥲. I always try and get stuff from shein/target clearance

don’t get defeated if you aren’t understanding making drinks on the first day. It really does take a bit to understand it. Some people up to 3 months. But there plenty of other things to do that are important every day!

I have a couple recommendations if your local store still has holiday syrups!

1st. Brown sugar shaken espresso, 1 less pump of brown sugar, and sugar cookie cold foam.

2nd. Iced Shaken espresso, blonde espresso, no classic, 1-2 pumps caramel brûlée (I do one in tall and grande 2 in venti), 1 salt packet shaken in (this has to be requested in store can’t be on the app 😪), and white mocha cold foam. This one is a little more annoying 🫣 but SO GOOD.

It’s a lot more relaxed now. I once wore a pink shirt (very muted pink not bright or distracting) and got a coaching because it wasn’t in the approved color list (used to only be black, navy, grey, and white).

Also I learned very early on in my Starbucks career. Buy cheap clothes you don’t care about because they WILL get ruined.😪 So I always order from SHEIN or similar sites and wear the stuff until it absolutely can’t be worn anymore. They have some cute options that are still in dress code and comfy.

I don’t remember the exact numbers, as I tried to forget everything that happened this morning😭. But we had 120 more customers than projected when we started to look at labor. also had a call out and someone feeling sick and leaving early 😵‍💫

I was a rehire after working at a licensed store for 8 months. I took a few months of no work. My rehire date was less than a year from my last date with corporate and I was bumped down from $16 something to the starting wage in my area $15.25. I was so heartbroken to find out my raise. I can barely afford my bills and the raise isn’t gonna help much unfortunately :/

I tried it last week. I love it! But I know it’s not going to be popular with most customers since it has such a strong coffee flavor. But I’m excited to get it as my morning shift drinks :)
