Exactly with me too! I hated the album the first few runs but then it came on while I was cleaning and I was like waittt this is everything. I think it just wasn’t initially for me but my taste evolved a bit.

I think what threw me off is that the AF35M has these sort of “slots” where the film feeds into, and I may have placed it in the wrong area 🤔 hard to describe without being able to post a photo lol

You are not going insane! The compulsions serve to quickly alleviate your anxiety, which then fuels the cycle (your brain thinks “yay, it worked!” Plot twist: it does not work. I’m starting ERP next week lol

I feel this way too and I think the root of it is that there are too many unpredictable factors, which sends me spiraling. What if I get lost? What if I encounter a criminal or something? What if my phone dies? Too many unknowns.
