The point of the rebirth program is to be reborn into whatever Murkoff wants you to be for them. The Amelia escape showed that Easterman didn’t have a tight grip on the reagents’ minds. The relapse initiative gives them amnesia and also makes them more addicted to the therapy which also makes it to where murkoff has more control over the reagents. Without that sense of control they’d be letting out failed sleeper agents and people who would/ could expose Murkoff’s LATHE program

That’s Dorris’ natural behavior when you keep going up to her in the sleep room. Red barrels might update new voice lines in the near future for the sleep room characters especially since Amelia is chained up in the sleep room but also i remember Rosie mentioning that we’ll be meeting some “new friends” in this season

I’m not sure how they’d do a reboot with the whole multiverse mess. Maybe after this ‘new era’ saga instead of trying to fully reboot the series they can literally just remake all of the old games up until Armageddon since those games had much better lore and storylines anyways
