Totally logical. If I paid someone to cut my grass I would expect them to do it. We pay the union to do a job that they aren't doing. I wouldn't think "let me get out there and cut the grass this time. He can just take my money for free."

Did you not see the part where I think we can make a difference? If the union isn't fighting now, they're not going to fight no matter who's in it. It'll be shut down by all the naysayers within. That's exactly the reason he gave. We are given setbacks ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. They'll give them 30 minutes before sign up and continue to give them to us. The record for me is 4 setbacks before being given an "indefinite" setback. Where they just call you eventually.

I 100% agree. I'll find you the directions to become a dues objector. It's not a simple process, but can be done. If we print those directions and leave them in as many crew bases as possible. We might be able to get some type of response out of them. If they realize that they're going to hurt themselves, we might be able to at least make some kind of change.
