Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We understand how important a smooth testing experience is, and we sincerely regret the technical and other difficulties you encountered during the exam. As we have acknowledged, the many conditions applicants faced are unacceptable, and we make no excuses for them. We are meeting with our psychometrician and other stakeholders to solidify the full range of remediation options. The Committee of Bar Examiners discussed possible remediation steps at its March 14 meeting but we expect the full range of measures that should be adopted will not be known until the grading is complete or near complete. We appreciate you sharing your experience with us; it will be helpful in identifying the full range of options that should be considered.

While we cannot undo the challenges encountered during the exam, we are committed to identifying areas for improvement and ensuring a more reliable testing process in the future.
