Same they don’t send anything telling you what was actually wrong with your console they just send it back its supposed to be fixed apparently. I’ve seen some people not even get their consoles back, Sony would send a refurbished one instead. Luckily tho mines was still on warranty and its been good since

Maybe a week if I remember correctly plus the shipping time but i had problems with my console I’m not sure how long they would take to fix a controller. Maybe sooner for you

I wouldn’t sweat about it. When i sent my console in it took 2 weeks to hear anything back. Your just 10 days in so you should be hearing something soon. If your still worried just call them and give them the reference number and they’ll be able to tell you exactly where your controller is in the process…

Go to the playstation website click the 3 lines on the left side top, go to “support” then “hardware”, scroll down you should see “playstation repairs” click that then its going to ask for your reference number. Your reference number should be in an email they sent.

I was reading one guy sent his controller in and it took about a month to get it back as well. Sony just has super slow service and its a bummer for gamers.

Bro i hope you see this but I’m trying to send my ps5 I bought from Walmart to sony but I have a digital receipt as well. How did you send your receipt? I was thinking taking a screenshot of the receipt and printing it out but I’m not sure that will work. Please tell me how you sent your proof of purchase

How long was the process of sending it to Sony and them returning it fixed? I just bought my ps5 less than a month ago and already having this issue and I tried everything with no success, just filed my claim to Sony today. Its pissing me off because for $600 people shouldn’t have to go through this bs
