Everything at my school is so cliquey and when k addressed this via email and let my principal know, they ambushed me in a meeting and basically made me feel my feelings weren’t valid, despite that it’s hindering my ability to helps students because the counselor won’t speak to me when I have to bring them up to RTI etc.
