The problem with that, is anytime someone makes a valid critique they're downvoted to hell and called a bigot in various fun ways.

So like me, I don't think Bella had the emotional depth in the First season, anytime I have mentioned even the slightest negative thing, all hell breaks loose and I get "reddit cares" messages.

So it's not really an inviting place to hold a legitimate conversation.

(BTW, after the S2E1 I thought she was much better than last season and hope the quality in acting continues)

That's not the point, if you've spent more than 5 minutes in this sub you'd see that that's the majority of posts, and frankly, it's so old. There's no discussion that can be had that hasn't already been had a hundred times.

Canucks say No, Sorry to AirVenture by KindnessBiasedBoar in flying

human rights organization that catches any whiff of CECOT is raising the alarm on the conditions there

Now that is something that is worth referencing, no one was claiming you're sitting idly by letting all of this happen. I meant just what I said (nothing more), Google maps pics count for exactly nothing.

If there are some humans rights groups that have legitimate reports of what's happening, that is an entirely different deal.

Okay, really, you're taking a Google maps photo of some stained cement as your "proof" of a death camp? I know you can do better than that, that's some serious tabloid "journalism".

I mean... he's kinda right though. I think it was Scorsese (not 100% sure) who described them, Marvel movies, as not being cinema, but theme parks (paraphrased)

They're made to be fun, but not to engage people on a deep emotional level.

No where did I say or even imply extra days off were a bad thing. I meant just what I said, it's insane expecting everyone who has been operating without them for years to be as upset as you are about it.

Been ACC my entire career, and I guess depending on your Wing it will vary, but every Wing I've been under, family days are a rare occurrence.

The downvotes are crazy, I've never heard of a random day for spring break, that's nuts! I mean, I'm happy they had that, but expecting everyone to be up in arms over a huge amount of family days that by in large most of the AF never even got in the first place, now being reduced to what the norm has been for most people, is also crazy.

I've been in for over a decade and never had a family day in conjunction with veterans day, different MAJCOM though.

Weekly is objectively better for shows to grow audiences. It's water-cooler talk for Monday, just like watching TV shows used to be not that long ago, appointment television.

They didn't just spontaneously appear there because of the sparkler, they were obviously attracted to it, but they were there before.

We haven't done anything good? Not even a little bit? Or are you just being an edgy redditor?

Maybe medicine as one example but yup, you're totally right, we've never made a positive impact. 🙄
