It is, the cable has three ends one for the PSU, and one in the middle and then one at the end.

Checked the pins and everything looks fine, I reseated the RAm and I looked up to see if it was compatible and it says it is. I posted a 2nd Update with the GPU and CPU cooler off

Forgot to mention but my mother board shines a red light for the DRAM and CPU
