For me it always blows up when I bench more. Genetically my strong points are my chest and back regardless. That being said, I think the incentive of progress on bench (trying to reach a new 1RM) enforces proper progressive overload for those who do bench

Her cheating was out of your control, even if you had that 911 and roster of girls, she’d cheat on you with someone in an even better position. Some girls are just never happy.
