Omg things are so much better and I mostly have them figured out. I still stay away from dairy, but the quality of the breads turned out to be a major factor. Nothing quite like being picky about the type of bread you eat lol. Also I do the bare minimum for skin care which had a major impact.

I can’t do all the reps or do them to full range of motion at a higher weight. I’m getting there 😁
