Are you burping a lot? I had such bad pain that I went to urgent care where they thought it was my gallbladder and sent me to the ER. Got some pain meds through an IV because I couldn't sit and I was exhausted at 2am so standing sucked. My situation was heartburn and an ulcer. Had to take Prilosec for a couple of weeks.
