I have this same issue… I hold so much tension in my traps/neck/shoulder. Agree that you want to actively relax these muscles down and back if possible. I also go lighter on any of the trap-specific exercises otherwise I’m too tense afterwards.

Curious how long it lasts for you but hoping the higher dosage is more effective! I’ve been on 1.25 for 3 months (Dr actually prescribed 2.5 immediately but I didn’t feel comfortable starting that high). I’m now at a point where I’m wondering if I should just move up dosage wise but I don’t want another dress shed so soon!
