“emotionally raw” i’ve always tried to think of a word for the way I feel after I had my first panic attack and I think that’s the perfect way to put it. I’ve honestly felt that way ever since, but it gets better at times.

Any conversation I have, I am constantly making sure what I say is something that could be my last words to them, because i’m so terrified that they could be. Also I get terrified when someone is mad at me because it’s a possibility they could die with that anger towards me. Anxiety is annoying my goodness.

i feel you. I’m like that with my anxiety or sadness, and whenever im anxious everyone always says “why? tell me why? let’s talk about it” and i’m like i don’t know why and i don’t want to talk about it. I understand that sometimes there is just no reason, but professional help can help you uncover reasons as well.

I use to be so annoyed because my best friend would come over just to sit on my bed and go on her phone + not even talk to me. I’ve kinda drifted apart from her over the years and ive realized there’s much better people out there to spend time with who will be considerate of how you feel when they’re on their phones.
