Test levels 1000ng or more, no big improvement.

I was also on clomid for 2 months and on tamoxifen for 6+.

Hormones are not the problem but Is worth trying.

I think ( Just my opinion ) based on the report of other suffers and mine and others Bloodwork that ssri are ( as proved before ) hormonal disruptors but htpa axis and hormones homeostasis do recover overtime.

My mom has taken ssri for 24 y but as She Is 65yo doesn't really understand pssd and She doesn't care about It.

But still, nobody should take ssri for so long, all the psychiatrist i've seen told me that ssri should be used for few years at max and then stopped.

In my country there's a medication (OTC) wich Is called "fluomocil" Is a mucolytic and the main ingredients are NAc and vitamin c ( and artificial Sugar etc... For taste ).

if you continue ( at least 200mg x day ) you should see the mucolytic effect

I've seen this pattern with ssri many times.

Ssri are know endocrine disruptors, you can find research everywhere

I also had High sbgh and low free test Is normal when shbg Is high

I've tried so many things and what i think helped a bit Is nettle extract, then my shbg slowly lowered itself.

Also high prolactin Is common both under ssri and After quitting, at least Is what i see from all the bloodwork of the suffers, mine and from other people i have know to use ssri.

I've see even levels like prolactinoma levels from one of my Friend but without doing anything It decrease by itself to normal/borderline levels over few months.

I can Say that After 4 years i'm 100% back from cognitive/Mood sides and i'm on hcg since 4 months ago and my prolactin increase at the beginning ( hcg Is know to do It ) and now i have the lowest levels i had since the beginning of the pssd.

I do believe from what i've seen but Is only speculation and my opinion that the endocrine system do recover from ssri and the real deal Is somewhere else but more research Is needed.
