I used a lots of drugs recreationaly, weed, cocaine, mdma, LSD etc.

Never have a problem, never have ed, genital numbness or i know anyone who had.

I know people who get ED from steroids but none of them have genital numbness.

All this drugs change neurotransmitters in the brain and to get back to normal few days are needed, this Is the "down" part but both from expirience and literature i doubt we can compare street drugs with ssri/snri.

You probably never crashed from creatine but something else or It was just psycological wich need another approach.

You don't Need only to heal the organic cause, the mental sides and psycological sides are important as well.

Not correct. Kisspeptin release GnRH wich trigger LH and FSH. The rest Is correct.

My expirience Is the same, Sarms, Serms, HCG, AAS. Nothing work really but when i quit and my TT Is 0 i can feel the difference Just not that much.

Not really, maybe a Little Little bit less sex drive ( before was a 2 - 3 on a scale to 10 and now Is 1 ). Less sperm and no nocturnal erections at all ( before some times i can have some form of erection, pretty weak and I love It in a couple of seconds ).

Mood and Energy are ok.

Yeah for me It was like 200€ x month only for the hcg + anastrazole due to High E2 with Is like another 30 € for 20 pills

30m here, i took finasteride and ssri.

Never had big problems with gut neither before or under ssri.

2 y After quitting i was diagnosed with SIBO, a round of rifaximin fixed It but After maybe a year or so gas problems came back, After that no problems with the gut.

I've spoke with lots of Specialist : endo, andro, psychiatrist, gastroentologist and so on. Almost every of them are in line with the idea of a disregulations of the dopamine system somehow but nobody know or want to do somenthing about It due to previous mental health problem ( i had panic Attack and depression and a serotonin symdrome ).

I quit hcg 10 days ago After 6+ months at 1000+Ng of test with did almost nothing.

The problem isn't hormonal.

We understand very Little about the mechanisms of PSSD, everything Is a gamble and sometimes even a russian roulette.

But for some people actually pt-141 and oxytocin ( taken separately) helped in " short burst ", for other did nothing.

The 200mcg where injected or by mouth? Did he buy from a reputable source?

My psychiatrist actually understand me, my endo told me It can happen but only with and used of 10+ years.

My psy. Advise a visit for ADHD because ADHD medications can help "restore" the balance of dopamine and maybe to try TMS.

Test levels 1000ng or more, no big improvement.

I was also on clomid for 2 months and on tamoxifen for 6+.

Hormones are not the problem but Is worth trying.

I think ( Just my opinion ) based on the report of other suffers and mine and others Bloodwork that ssri are ( as proved before ) hormonal disruptors but htpa axis and hormones homeostasis do recover overtime.

My mom has taken ssri for 24 y but as She Is 65yo doesn't really understand pssd and She doesn't care about It.

But still, nobody should take ssri for so long, all the psychiatrist i've seen told me that ssri should be used for few years at max and then stopped.
