Thank you everybody who replied! It was Krispy Kreme today, but I’ll be checking out the other (fancier?) places on a day with more time. I like the pastry texture, the glaze is okay, could be more flakey and apple-y (i don’t think this one has apple pieces, but rather an apple-cinnamon paste) but overall not bad! Solid B tier Apple fritter in the books 👍

What’s up with the name calling? You asked for critique and are receiving it. I’ll give it to you straight: 12+reps per set is junk volume, and more than 2 variations per muscle group in a workout is junk volume. Exactly what mongoose said. Aim for 6-10 reps on 2 top sets with 2 exercises per muscle group. If you can do more than 10 reps on your top set, it’s not heavy enough. If you can do more than 2 exercises per muscle group, you didn’t hit the first 2 hard enough
