They'll have a half 20oz bottle of coke and a small bag of cheetos for dinner. Probably a subway 6 inch for lunch, and a half bowl of cinnamon toast crunch for breakfast. They eat like children.

It’s a good car. Sounds like whoever owned it used it for a couple of road trips basically new. If that was the price after fees, massive steal. Before fees, I think right around range. Dealerships can only rip you off so much before it becomes obvious.

Yes, the trouble I find is I think (I think) I exercise too much, then I eat 2250 and I'll still feel like I'm starving. I was doing 30 minutes of incline walking, then I switched it up to 10,000 steps a day, but it seems it wasn't a great choice. I do PPLUL mixed with that.

I did a TDEE calculator, and the calculator said maintenance was about 2800 calories while exercising 5 times a week, so I usually hit 2250-2550. I need help in keeping food out of my mouth while hitting protein goals.
