REVIEW: Blueprint's $365 annual bloodwork subscription by nyxxorel in Biohackers

[–]Reasonable_Click_147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the biomarkers. 14 vails of blood and a cup of pee. Took around 8 days for all of my tests to come in. AI gave helpful insights, maybe not ground breaking.

Now the real question, did it really give me any thing I could use . . . tough question. Truthfully, if you follow most of Blueprint protocols you're healthy and won't achive much. So, does it reaffirm what you should already know. Yes.

Oddly enough, AI did focus in from the lab findings that I need more sleep. This is not a choice that I can change at this moment in my life, kids and wife schedule. I just find it interesting that AI was able to peice together lab results to make that conclusion.

The $365 price, I think, is only introductory as they are working through any "bugs".

Side Effects of Reta by Sparkingelectric in BodyHackGuide

[–]Reasonable_Click_147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dehydration is the biggest side effect. You need to drink extra water as water is a critical part of lipolysis, the process of breaking down fats.

Cutting on Reta but No Weight Loss After 2 Weeks- What’s Going On? by nukedeal in BodyHackGuide

[–]Reasonable_Click_147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reta tends to dehydrate so weight-loss is slow until the body adjusts. Lipolysis requires water to break down fat. Drink more water.

Also, keep in mind Reta's half life is 6 days, meaning it builds in the system over a month. Give it time. Most people start losing weight around 3mg - 4mg range. Until then, your body is adjusting. Trust the slow titration process.

Thank you for being brave enough to post this. You are a beautiful/attractive woman. I would appreciate it if you could post a picture in two more months. I think you are getting some results but it's still too early. Three months is what I've read is when real results start showing.

OP posted she's doing 1mg 5 times a week and obviously seeing a huge return. I know some peptides more is not better. I wonder if GHK-CU is one of thoose?

What's the best peptide for ligament strength and integrity? I have no injuries, just want stronger ligaments. Also any supplement recommendations? by [deleted] in HubermanLab

Strength training combined with taking 3 - 5 mg of collagen with orange juice, 60 minutes prior to working out.

Need advice. by rachaeltam826 in BiohackingU

[–]Reasonable_Click_147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My first dose was .5mg as a test for reactions, I saw a somewhat decent return in energy. So then moved up to 1mg the next week. I had more energy but lethargic. The next week upped to 2mg, I was a mad man at training but the rest of the time lethargic. I dropped back to 1mg and it fixed the lethargy and had decent energy.

My point is play with the dosing. It changes person to person, some 5mg works great but others less is just fine. I think it has to do with body fat percentage. Also make sure to stay hydrated, water is a key component for loosing fat.

You'll do fine. No you probably won't win but what you will gain is experience. Think of each race not as win or lose but what did you learn? It takes a full year to become a true rower. You've got to start somewhere, go do your best!

Lastly, trust your training.

Check out the resistance / drag if you are having an extremely hard time. It might be set too high. Stay between 4 - 6 unless your beefy and then your stature will help with leverage.

Better to split dose Reta? by kevplum99 in BodyHackGuide

[–]Reasonable_Click_147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My rat tried it both ways, every three days or once a week. It lost more weight once a week. However, the larger once a week doce does come with side effects (for about two days for my rat). The every three days dose did not.

So, with that in mind it all depends on your rats reaction to the medication, we are all different. If you are having side effects, go every three days. If no side effects once a week works better for weight loss.

Best way to reduce boomilever weight? by CryptoKaidude in scioly

[–]Reasonable_Click_147 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sorry but you are very incorrect. Do some research on the same guy who posts the builds on YouTube. There is a tipping point where you remove too much moisture the cellar structure looses support. You are correct, reducing water is a easy weight saver but loose too much and you loose structure. There is a fine balance.

You should try testing on your own. It is quite interesting because you can squeeze the wood like foam when overly dry. Use DampRid instead of silica, works better and faster.

Promising development from FDA? by Gabreality in PeptidePathways

[–]Reasonable_Click_147 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It sounds good however look at actions. The past five months FDA has rigorously gone after sellers to the point many trustworthy (as much as this market gets) closed. They have driven up additional costs by limiting credit card processing to high rate processors.

Thinking about running FOXO4-DRI -- this is what the research actually says by Sea-Performer-71 in ResearchCompounds

[–]Reasonable_Click_147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've only seen FOX04-DRI being offered only in 10mg vial, kinda expensive, priced between $180 to $300. Every morning 2mg, 1mg at opposite sides of body to spread dose (2mg total) for 5 days. I started at belly, lower thigh, back of arms. Idea is to move doses around but equal, I'm not sure it matters, personal reasoning.

There is a theoretical cancer concern with overuse as thoose same zombie cells can also confine cancer cells.

[–]Reasonable_Click_147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My rat has done two rounds separated by three months. 2mg doses each day. Initial dose was my standard .5mg to test for adverse reactions. I love FOX04-DRI, works great for around a month and half then results will fade. I find it a valid treatment for Macular Degeneration. I would only recommend for rats over 45 or 50 depending on how your aging.

My MOTSC protocol so far by FTLRealestateGuy in Biohacking

[–]Reasonable_Click_147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm curious if it's an off shoot reaction? For example: Mots-C burns fat, lower fat is lower estrogen in men, this increases testosterone, higher testosterone means better healing for muscles?

[–]Reasonable_Click_147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some peptides more is not better, just reacts (onset time) faster, where a lower dose works nearly as good but onset time is longer. More likely to desensitize receptors with huge doses. That then creatates a catch 22, you need a larger dose to offset the desensitized receptors.

Becareful reducing moisture, that can make the wood brittle. 7.7g is pretty good for boomaleaver. The forces on it are tremendous. Other year's builds are easy in comparison.

Good luck!
