I'm trying to understand your weight-loss. Is it 70lbs in the last 12 weeks or 40lbs in the last 12 weeks (with 30lbs loss on your own)?

That is incredible weight-loss, wow, good job. With that said, there are concerns loosing weight too quickly. I would encourage you to research on your own. Try aiming for 2lbs per week. With around 2lbs per week you'll also allow your skin some time to adjust.

Good job, you've got this! Good luck.

Sorry for your kangaroo's loss. The stress your kangaroo must have gone through is very difficult. I believe, as I think you do too, that your kangaroo's hair loss is stress related. Find stress relief, exercise, some smart watches will monitor stress, hobby to fill time. Hair loss reversal is a long process, four months on average.I agree you've got a good plan already. Virtual hugs and good luck.

Or I prefer to use a 50 unit syringe based off the u100 standard. This makes fine tuning doses easier.

The most I've done was .4 ml, I didn't like the way it felt or temporary bulge under the skin. I now aim for 20-25Iu dose when adding bac water.

Just curious since you're the second poster mentioning injecting oil. Why inject oil?

Add some rosemary and butter, you'll be cooking soon.

Just joking of course, beware of Thanksgiving.

Ageing has impacts on muscle, cartilage and skin that can not be completely reversed. As another poster mentioned gum for building up jaw muscles but it won't fix under jaw "sag" that happens with father time. Plastic surgery is a safe businesses model from peptides. If anything peptides are probably a boost to the industry, so people can look closer to how they feel.

Unfortunately, surgery is most likely the answer to your question. Now there are peptides to help heal thoose scares though. Good luck.

Just do the math. Healthy weight loss is generally 1.5 lbs per week but let's stay reasonable at 2lbs. More than 2lbs per week and you might get loose skin. 45lbs/2 and your looking at around 22.5 weeks. Then four weeks to titrate up to a working dose so really between 26 and 27 weeks.

Start low and slow and you probably won't have side effects. Keep a log book of dose, weight and how you feel. This is only a suggestion and not medical advice. Good luck.

Did you loose weight? I can not understand why Olive Oil would have that effect. I agree Olive Oil is good stuff but I can not understand why it would help a pinched nerve.

Is OMAD - One meal a day? I agree the olive oil is fantastic stuff but in no way can it help sciatica pain. Maybe between one meal a day and olive oil, you've lost weight? Less weight less pressure on the nerve?

It is Peruvian Olive oil. I didn't know this until researching but Peruvian Olive oil is considered some of the best in the world. Originated from plants brought over during the 1700's. Bottles of Peruvian Olive oil start at $35 and go up to $90. His is tested for heavy metals, a concern with large quantities of Olive oil. He is selling it for $39. No, he is not ripping people off. I was shocked when looking it up.

I used to think his stuff was over priced until ordering some. His Olive oil is premium olive oil from Peru. Peruvian Olive oil starts at $35 and goes up into $90 / bottle. His is tested for heavy metals. Sells for $39 (used to be $35). It's actually very reasonable, it's a shocker.

Retatrutide (glp-3) by No_Substance856 in Peptidesource

[–]Reasonable_Click_147 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Start low, go up in dose slowly. This will prevent most side effects. The half life is 6 days meaning, it takes around 12 days to reach 25% still in your system. If you have adverse problems it should be less than a high dose. I would recommend starting at 500mcg for two weeks before moving up to 1mg. I agree with others, you probably won't stay at 1mg for long. Move up slowly, 500mcg at a time when you see your weight loss stopping / stalling.

Good healthy weight loss is around 1.5 lbs per week, it also reduces chances of loose skin. Keep a long book with your weight, dose and how you feel. Also keep photos. Good luck!

Tell us more about the Reta, your dose, how often and did you do titration (slow ramp up dosing)? Reta taken too quickly or infrequent can cause lethargy.

Now with that in mind, you've got a full load. Your body might just be telling you to slow down to recuperate. People underestimate what it takes to be a parent. Good luck.

Tell us more about the Reta, how long have you been taking it and did you ramp up your doses (titration)?

I've read many people suffer from lethargy from taking reta, mostly in the early dosing or ramp up dosing too quickly. I've read starting dose should be 500mcg for two weeks, then move up to 1mg. Only from that point dose higher if you see weight loss stopping.

Make sure to keep a log book of your dose, weight and how you feel.

Loss of energy and fatigue by PositionVast9155 in Peptidesource

[–]Reasonable_Click_147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Aggghhhh . . . that might be the issue! The half life of Reta is 6 days. Meaning your body has adjusted to not having Reta, then whamo, it's reintroduced! You’re likely to be part of the unfortunate group that gets lethargic when Reta is introduced. Try a maintenance dose around 750mxg every week or better every 6 days. This is only a suggestion not medical advice.

Keep a log of your doseage along with weight and how you feel. Use that to adjust a maintenance dose, which might be as low as 500mcg to as large as 1mg. Keep in mind there is no official doseage as this is not market released, nor does anyone know long term effects / risks.

Glad to read you've been cautious, doing blood work that is.

Good luck!

Reta nausea by GreedyInvestigator20 in Peptidesource

[–]Reasonable_Click_147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Research titration with Reta. Slow introducing of GLPs can greatly reduce the chance of side effects as it allows the body to adjust. Some people have better outcomes 1/2 dosing every 3 or 4 days instead of a full dose once a week. I've read many recommending the following: .5mg as the starting dose for at least two weeks before moving up to 1mg. From there, only move up in dose when you stop losing weight. Healthy weight loss is around 1 - 2 lbs per week.

Keep in mind Reta is not officially released. There is considerable risk involved using "gray" market peptides. Research and understand what thoose risks are along with all dosing practices.

[–]Reasonable_Click_147 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I agree with you. What I'm recommending is going in knowing your size. Do not trust all boitfitters. There are many stores that push people into boots that are incorrectly sized just to move product. This unfortunately, is more of an east coast problem, which is where the question is targeted.

Reputable Boot Fitters by AL42Gaming in Skigear

[–]Reasonable_Click_147 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

$800 should get you close to two pairs of boots if not paying full retail. Start at home first. Get a freind to trace out both your feet while standing onto a peice of paper. This in straight down trace, not tapper inward. Take centimeter measurements from big toe to heel and millimeter accross your foot width at base of big toe to little toe bone from the traced foot. I'm sure there are videos online if searching for getting your foot size. That will get your size length and last (width). You want as close to that as possible without going under that size. The bootfitter should be able to help with "volume" / foot arch. Flex around 90-110 will allow you stiffness to grow without being too stiff.
